Matt Vidoni is a field-proven industrial executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex projects, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams across manufacturing and industrial environments. As Founder and CEO of Havaxin Global, he combines strategic leadership, engineering expertise, and a customer-first mindset to help organizations improve performance, achieve financial goals, and create long-term shareholder value.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville and has successfully delivered solutions for organizations ranging from $250 million to $57 billion in annual revenue. Throughout his career, he has led projects from discrete capital improvements exceeding $1 million to highly complex industrial initiatives valued at more than $120 million. He has built a reputation for improving operational performance, increasing EBITDA, accelerating cash flow, and leading complex organizational transformations that deliver measurable and sustainable results.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University. Throughout his career, he has led multi-site operations across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, with responsibility for organizations exceeding $500 million in annual revenue and approximately 2,000 employees. Kyle Snow is a systems-minded engineering and operations leader with more than two decades of experience building the analytical frameworks, planning infrastructure, and engineering systems that transform strategic vision into executable results across automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and defense industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems, both from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and has completed doctoral-level coursework in Organizational Management at Southern Illinois University. His project experience ranges from discrete facility and operational contracts to serving as a key contributor on a $760M automotive manufacturing expansion and lead systems engineer on a $1.6B healthcare facility development. He has also played a vital role in business expansion and acquisition decision-making, and has led portions of acquisition integration into new ownership systems and organizational structures.
