Fan Motor Alignment
When a customer’s Baghouse ID fan motor failed, they called Havaxin Global. Our team responded immediately, providing precision motor alignment services to restore their fume collection system.

Aluminum Furnace Installation
Partnering with Gillespie & Powers, Havaxin Global provided assembly and installation support for a state-of-the-art aluminum tilting holding furnace at a new slab plant in South Central Mexico. Our scope included setting electrical cabinets, land wiring, and supporting commissioning for the facility’s second mobile sow drier.
We also completed installation of a high-capacity furnace designed to dry over 1 million pounds of scrap per day. This system helps protect against the severe risks of wet scrap while ensuring consistent quality in aluminum processing.

260,000 lb Dome Roof Lift – Certified Lifting Device
Havaxin Global recently partnered with a client to design and engineer a Certified Lifting Device capable of safely raising, transporting, and installing a 260,000 lb dome roof onto a new Round Top Melter.
